Yogsusakhi is an emerging online yoga platform which provides specialized yoga training for age groups starting from 12 years (both gender). At Yogsusakhi, we basically focus on the overall health of the yoga practitioner and try to improve their strength, stamina, immunity and flexibility.
We make sure that the classes we run are lively and interesting. We have researched and designed various yoga and exercise routines that assume and assure the best health. The classes are not monotonous, as we change the routines at regular intervals viz., weekly and monthly basis.

Trainer, Mrs Amruta Solanki is a certified yoga trainer RYT 301 and holds a respectable title of “Yoga Ratna” from Gandhi Gyan Mandir, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad which is a renowned, authentic, reputed Yoga Institute established in the year 1974. Amruta has more than 6 years of experience in teaching yoga and performing arts and 3 years of experience in conducting online yoga sessions.
Noteworthy that Amruta has also completed 4 years of Kathak Dance Certification course from Thyagaraja College of Music and Dance, Hyderabad. This brings added capability for her to understand, interpret and teach Yoga in flexibility and movements.
Besides the above credentials to her credit, Amruta has a passion to involve with full steam in offering best training and is committed as a focused trainer. Many Practitioners have laurels loaded for her.
