Yogsusakhi is an emerging online yoga platform which provides specialized yoga training for age groups starting from 12 years (both gender). At Yogsusakhi, we basically focus on the overall health of the yoga practitioner and try to improve their strength, stamina, immunity and flexibility.

We make sure that the classes we run are lively and interesting. We have researched and designed various yoga and exercise routines that assume and assure the best health. The classes are not monotonous, as we change the routines at regular intervals viz., weekly and monthly basis.

Since diet plays an important role in good health, we provide diet plans as per the health conditions of all Yoga Practitioners.

Mrs. Amruta Solanki

Trainer, Mrs Amruta Solanki is a certified yoga trainer RYT 301 and holds a respectable title of “Yoga Ratna” from Gandhi Gyan Mandir, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad which is a renowned, authentic, reputed Yoga Institute established in the year 1974. Amruta has more than 6 years of experience in teaching yoga and performing arts and 3 years of experience in conducting online yoga sessions.

Noteworthy that Amruta has also completed 4 years of Kathak Dance Certification course from Thyagaraja College of Music and Dance, Hyderabad. This brings added capability for her to understand, interpret and teach Yoga in flexibility and movements.

Besides the above credentials to her credit, Amruta has a passion to involve with full steam in offering best training and is committed as a focused trainer. Many Practitioners have laurels loaded for her.

Sukshma Vyayama
(Micro Yoga Exercises)

It refers to the method of yoga practices which removes energy blockages while relaxing your joints. Before practising any yogasana or other physical exercises, micro exercises should be practised as a warm-up process to prevent nerve pull and injuries.

Yogasanas & Workout

We have designed and blended various high and low intensity yoga and workout exercises and we make sure that the yoga practitioner gets the best online workout experience. Some of our workout routines are anantasan workout, padmasana workout, punches workout, udar shuddhi and shankh prakshalan exercises.

Back Relaxation & Shavasana.

Also known as the corpse pose is an integral and most loved part of the class is back relaxation and shavasana. Back portion relaxation relieves spinal stress and shavasana calms the central nervous system, aids the immune system, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress, fatigue and anxiety.

Pranayama & Knowledge Sharing

“prāṇāyāmena yuktena sarva-rogha-kṣhayo bhavet” it means, pranayama, if practiced systematically, can cure all diseases. We practice pranayama followed by knowledge sharing towards the end of the class, where we discuss aspects of yoga, hasta mudras, seven chakras, Tridoshas, health, diet etc.

Face yoga denotes the practice of massaging and exercising the face that helps in boosting the skin, muscles, and lymphatic system, also improving the structural appearance of your face. While Chair yoga can enhance your flexibility, strength and concentration, by reducing stress and boosting your mood.

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is an immensely powerful meditation technique that helps in reducing stress and anxiety, reduces chronic pain and aids healing, reduces PMS (Premenstrual syndrome), reduces insomnia and improves sleep, and helps in managing blood pressure and diabetes.
